Frequently Asked Questions

After booking, you'll receive preparation instructions specific to your session type. Generally, it's helpful to prepare a list of specific questions or topics you'd like to discuss, and for script feedback sessions, you'll need to submit your materials at least 48 hours in advance.

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

All sessions are conducted via video call using Zoom. You'll receive a link to join the meeting in your confirmation email and a reminder before your scheduled session.
